走火锅 Zou Huo Pot

第一次来 服务还行(没有很满意) 价格贵，食物不是很新鲜 如果收这样的价格，吃这样的食物 我会选择泰式火锅 (希望可以多注重一下食材，保持新鲜度) 只能说 价格=☆☆☆☆☆(贵) 食物=☆☆(不新鲜) 服务=☆☆☆(还行)

Food is nice, but the toilet bit dirty, and the waitress need to improve herself, either on the food knowledge, or "how to be a waitress"

Well, if you don't mind being served with obviously frozen and quickly defrost processed food, then you might not have a problem with it. I don't have high expectation about the food though, thinking all hotpot served frozen food too, but at least don't make it so obvious, I can quickly tell where I can get the meatball from in the supermarket. Then charge for price that is so high but the food is not even up to the standard. It is almost no different from walking into the expensive restaurant ordering a plate of noodle that you quickly recognise is Maggi. I don't like it when they changed my order as they like. I'm not trying to be cheap to order 1 sauce, but most of us don't like dipping sauce there. But you just add the price for the sauce for all of us. And also same for the beverage. How do you even change the quantity of order without explaining to us first? The toilet is unhygienic, it was like a total different place to walk in when the outside is designed pretty ok comfortable. Plus it's just beside the kitchen, no sink to wash the hands. I've to walk into the kitchen to wash the hands after toilet. Then its awful to realise that the soup base are stored in containers that are loosely closed.In summary, small kitchen with freezer.

The soup took a long time to boil and heat distribution was uneven. I'm not sure if it was a mistake, but one of the soup tasted super duper salty, even after adding half a jug of plain water. It didn't taste good at all. They also never mention in the menu that one jug of drink and the sauce will be charged according to number of person, which 'surprised' us after paying.

The place offers exactly what we need here in Kota Bharu - a Chinese-themed hot pot, which is oriented towards Szechuan style. It is designed to have this luxurious ambience, topped with exquisite foods coming at a rather wide assortment. Definitely worth a visit.

(non-halal) This is the only hot pot that I know off in Kota Bharu ( correct me if I am wrong ). The shop have around 7-8 tables, you can reserved table by WhatsApp /call. The shop environment is superb, with all the plate, bowl are gold coated, so you feel like bangsawan. The soup has many variety, we chose 3 ( each soup around ,Rm 15). The soup is tasty and yummy. Then comes the good part, beef slices, pork slices , vegetables all can through into the soup. Enjoy the meal very much .
