β β β β β Great coffee smell the moment you enter the cafe. Simple and nice interior. Nice color theme. Reasonable price and great coffee. Java chip Frappe and ice gula melaka latte are nice.

β β β β β Opened not too long ago, Zus Coffee seems to be expanding their market to Penang as well. What I love about Zus is their app which enables me to order for delivery or pickup and it was pretty easy and convenient overall.
As for the place, don't expect large tables so if you want to gather and talk in large group, I think this is not the right place.
Coffee wise, price is definitely cheaper than Starbucks or Coffee Bean afaik as you can easily get a cuppa below RM10. My favorite is the gula melaka so if you are someone who don't like sweet stuff then maybe it is not for you. For the regular latte or cappuccino, I am not that particular so i cannot really differentiate between Zus and other coffee chains out there. So to me, I will go to Zus whenever I want to try something different and unique not available at common stores like SB or CB.

β β β β β Banana walnut muffin tasted so good, worth every penny with the amount of walnuts given. Their hot Australian chocolate + shot and roasted hazelnut chocolate were quite good also. I prefer thicker chocolate with the extra (espresso) shot ?.
Good service from this branch as they called to check if we're ok with one of the drink, which was sent wrongly, and sent again the correct one.

Have decent place for dine-in (about 10-15 patrons at a time)
Sufficient range of cakes and pastries to go with your choice of drinks.

Parking is limited, they have reserved a place right outside for those who go for pick-up.
Wide range of drinks to choose, coffee, tea, chocolate and those non caffeine drinks.
Recommended to order from their app and pick up, will have many promotions from time to time.
Currently they are having promotions on Monday before 11am, extra shot on coffee for free.
