โ โ โ โ โ Another fast growing chain company. First sip wasnt my expectation but it gets better after it goes. Order in app and pickup is becoming so easy in the city life. Didnt expect in a this not so hit area on a sat noon full of people in the outlet. Keep it up

โ โ โ โ โ Nice coffees however very disappointed customer service - zero. Rude and arrogant. Dont care attitude. Shouted on customers. We wont return again. Ask the counter staffs for recommendation, he dont even bother, said is a normal cafe. Air cond freezing, ask to turn up the temperature, the air con even colder. Seem , doesn't like the customers stay longer. We only stayed for 10 mins then leave moved to another nice cafe near by, dont care attitude. Well done keep customers away. Great job. ?This is the concept of Zus cafe.
Replied - You should know the date..coz dated on the cups time and sequentially.

โ โ โ โ โ App showed order is ready for pick up, got there after a few minutes, drinks were not ready. Staff asked if I wanted cream on top of my frappe, I said yes. Never had to answer that question in my previous orders as its stated clearly in the option in the app. And then I was told to wait for the cream, so I went out to check on my car and came back later. When I got back, my drinks still have no cream on top and no lids on. One staff tried to add some watery cream onto my drinks, and I told him to stop. They could have just told me that the cream dispenser is faulty, I would have taken the drinks without cream at the first place instead of asking me to wait and then adding melted cream onto my drinks. This is unacceptable.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered genmaicha latte and flat white. Both tasted VERY MILKY. Bukit jalil branch provides better quality in their beverages.

โ โ โ โ โ If talking about the coffee alone, I got the Spanish Latte and it was very enjoyable 5/5. It has a nice coffee flavour, creamy and slightly sweetened( Though, personally, I'd like it less sweet still as sweet coffee is only nice for the first half cup before it gets a bit sickening for me, but this is just a personal issue which is not taken into final rating).
However, since i got the coffee in their cup and also a pastry, that has to be discussed as well. The cup lid wasn't the cleanest (see specks in pics). I'm very sure it is most likely to just be coffee grounds but I'd rather that i didn't have to doubt and check when i get a drink. Also, what if it wasn't coffee grounds and was dirt or animal waste? That can get dangerous.
Next, the pastry with chicken sausage and cheese. The pastry wasn't baked long enough and therefore had slightly undercooked middles (see odd colours in the middle that's different from the rest of the pastry). Should it have been baked properly, it would be okay, albeit a bit meh with regards to the sausage itself. It was a meh sausage. 2/5

โ โ โ โ โ Nice cosy cafe tugged at a secluded side of Taman Desa. Small cafe with very limited seats. Nice to have 2 small tables out at the corridor. Nice coffee. Must try the Black Sugar Coffee and the Gula Melaka Coffee. Accept eWallet payment. Parking is very difficult to get at this location. Service was fast. Price is on the high side.
