★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did my balcony aluminum barrier. There was product quality on the powder coating paint but time schedule wise, there is no time to send back to factory for repaint. Negotiated and finally agreed on a settlement.. touch up with paint and a discount. The paint difference was accepted. However few months down the road.. the paint degraded badly and its not the same as the one accepted. The boss mention that we agreed to the discount and that they will not bear responsibility on this matter further and any repair would be at my own cost. He said I am unreasonable as they have given a discount. However what was agreed was the condition back then and not what it has become now. Even if you do touch up which sees slightly different colour I have accepted and I should not complain. But now this is not the case. The touch up material use is inferior quality. The boss even said how can I blame him when he is not the painter. I buy from him a complete turnkey package.. how irresponsible of him to say that. Highly NOT recommended.
