★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time visited 1million hotel. First time visit we get high floor room with window. Room is spacious and looks new. Second visit due to early check-in so we got a room at first floor just besides to the reception counter. Overall the room is clean and spacious (but first visit better) with king size bed. Price is reasonable. The problem is the hotel located right beside to a bistro, the noises is disturbing especially when there's live band. And the room sound proofing system very bad.. we can hear alot of noises don't know comes from where.. knocking noises.. bang noises.. it's really disturbing.. can't have a good rest.. one thing good is non smoking premise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Good : Clean, comfortable bed, feel premium, friendly staff, free parking.
The not so good : slightly noisy with the bar on G floor on weekend.
Honestly with such price, I can't think of anywhere to get such clean and comfortable budget hotel in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is good and it is spacious. The best hotel i have ever visited. Have no worries about parking because there is security especially during night. The decoration and furniture are well arranged. The staffs are friendly. One shortcoming is it is located near to the pub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been staying in 1 million hotel several times whenever I am staying over in Mount Austin. Rooms were good and cheap, and service has been good until today. As the room phone was not working, I went to the counter asking additional 2 pillows for myself and girlfriend only to be rudely and impatiently cut off by the staff named SKY to sit down while he continue to process the check-in of the customers in front. I understand that there was customer he was still serving, so i waited. When he finally attended to my request, he informed that he could only provide 1 additional pillow and the other pillow will be chargeable at 10rm. I explained that since the hotel is able to give 1 additional pillow for 1 pax, it is logical to request for 2 when it is for a king size room with 2 pax staying. In the end, not trying to make a fuss, I agreed and asked to be charged to the bill when I check-out or deduct from the $50 deposit, as I did not bring down any cash. He refused and insisted that i pay the $10 first before i can have the pillow and there will be no receipt given. However, the charge will only be updated when I check out. Then why ask for me to pay now?? I had to make another trip back to the room to take the money and when I asked for his name, he initially refused and after much questioning he finally provided his name and the receipt. In the first place, why did he say that he cannot provide a receipt ? A receipt should be given upon payment and not wait until i check out. If the receipt can wait until check-out, i dont see why i cant pay later. He was very rude throughout the process and while I was walking away, he was even saying aloud to go and complain all I want. A v bad experience and something the management should look into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here.. Good ambience. Feels atas here. Aircon is strong but rooms feel cheap skate. Doesn't seem to match the price with the facility. I think hotel shikis is nearby and better. Lifts are fast and nearby has loads of food. Good for a night stay but nothing much to do really. Overall OK. Price range from 118 onwards to 198rm for family suite.
