★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing, not even toothbrush or slippers.
Water takes very Long to be hot practically no hot water if other rooms use finished, floor is slippery. Most of the things all from China even the Chinese tv remote, and OEM fake carrier aircon which is so noisy! Looks like a ghost town hotel. Too big n vacant everywhere. No shops.
Checkout is slow. Not recommended unless you are drunk and need a place to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got robbed in the carpark. Hotel management says they are not responsible for guest safety in the carpark because the management of the car park has been outsourced.
Jb police caught the guy in 1 afternoon though and hotel staffers were helpful. So good on them ! It was the management that did notes that did not want to take responsibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom wrote bad comments, but it is really a hotel with terrible service. My room card had problem twice a day. The first night I stayed, hotel provided something like mattress protector for blanket. And, you must bring along your breakfast voucher for compliment breakfast, if not, you can't have your breakfast by your room number and guest name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accepted my walk in check in during RMCO. Room is spacious and the hotel is strategically located nearby shop lots and mall nearby. The hotel is quite new and for the price I got per night is a bang for my buck. Discovered this place because KSL Hot Spring messed up my booking. Not disappointed at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's a convenient place for short staycation as there's Jaya grocer store where you can purchase yr daily food and essentials.. the water park and the asia jump theme park also situated here... privacy is secured as the place is guarded by security officer without disturance... staff are friendly and welcoming...

The room is big with 2 King size bed provided. And the water pressure is good for a good shower.
However, need to take note that the hotel do not provide toothbrush. And the number of towels is according to the number of guest stayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at room 214.. Overall experience is good. Room is clean. Location is quite at the corner, unless you are here for the water theme park. Quite hard to find the reception as it is literally behind the lift. Rooms are quite pricey, and if you r on budget.. U can stay at other hotels nearby. Good thing is the hotel feels safe and is within the conve tion center with amenities such as Jaya grocer and Mr DIY. Nth much to do at night except for eating seafood! Had fun!
