D	David Bellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great getaway. Beautiful location with trekking and quad bike hire. Spa is good. Busy at weekends with local tourist . Have to get evening food outside in restaraunts. Need cash for this area as no cashpoints as it is rural. Old building with plenty of character but some rooms let it down because of no fridge, poor lighting and some bathrooms need attention. This can be overlooked because of history and location.
T	The Choobs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely structured hotel. Great outdoor activities just nearby. River is just outside. Strategically priced. Friendly service from the staff. So it's great for a short getaway. Room we're clean. A little to basic. No drinking water. No fridge. Can be a bit challenging to head to the convinient stores at night as the nearest 24 hour mart is miles away. My room was not well maintained. The aircond has a leak on the toilet making it hard to sit on the toilet bowl without having cold water dripping on you. Overall, it's not complain just something which I would like to share that would certainly improve the overall experience.
M	Meh with 4 Hs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 of us came in with high expectations. We asked for a late check in as we are from Kuantan. But both my dad and I stayed at the reception for almost half an hour, waiting for someone to entertain us. After we got to the room, we realized there is only 2 towels for a 4 people room. Like, why? We soon realized that's not the only problem. The television and the hot shower broke. We are very disappointed with the treatment we got from this place. It is quite beautiful and quiet place, but the treatment is terrible.
N	NAMM yusof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a really nice resort on the outside but really disappointing the moment we step our feet in the room. Our room equipped with 4 single beds but only two provided. This room has 2 toilets as well but only 1 restroom can be used. the other one has no light with broken door. There is no toiletries provided. For me, not worth the price for my experience as the room offered wasn't cheap. Room for 4 single beds cost you around rm350
S	Shapae Sabudin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environments scenery : Nice The Room ( Between in front desk) worth RM300/N : Not Recommended while NO DRINKING Water was Provide, Hot Water Heater Not Functioning (Feel so stressful when to taking a bath with the cool weathers) TV channel : Not Ok. The Food (outside) : Ok.
S	Shakir Shaari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at 4 beds room. The Malay traditional design house blended with nature make the environment very peaceful and cozy.. Very close to the river also. Once step inside the room is another story. The dark textured tiles is very good to hide the dust and sand. When step can feel something under the feet. Please spend some to vacuum the floor. Another issue is with the water heater, turn to highest temp also feel very cold, have to slow the water flow only can get the right temperature but the flow is too slow and not comfortable with it. Another thing to mention, if arrive in between 5-6pm, you will not able to check in although check in is after 3pm because 2 hour later the front office is close for 1 hour rest.
J	Jinnis Jimain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 years ago I frequently stay here for personal treat and company event. That time resort name is D'ark resort. Now I come again but it change to 101 resort. Let see my review. Environment - resort environment no changes. Natural....cool...calm and peaceful. Good place for vacation with family. Few metres to the nice cold river. I love it. 1 ? for you..... People - they have very nice worker. One of the worker still remember me even I not been here for 10 years. They will try to fulfil your needs but I understand their limitations and I'm OK with that. I know some people may not able to accept that. 1 ? for you..... Facilities - this is old resort and have changed management. This changes cause some poor maintenance to the facilities. It's good if they can give extra attention on this because this is your core business. For me it's acceptable but sorry not able to give star....???? Activities - since the resort just beside a river.....it really enjoyable and fun for my family. We had small BBQ and rilex on the hammock. Really cool and relaxing. My family really enjoy it. 1 ? for this. Price - for me it's reasonable price and 1 ? for the price..... Will I come again? For sure....my family keep asking when we can go again. See you soon......

The place I recalled was beautifully designed with wooden construction, peacefully located beside a river and the resort provided facility for family day including games organised with wonderful food served.. The operator then was very helpful, friendly. The resort left many fond memories of peoples I loved who are no longer with us. Given the opportunity, I love to hold again the beautiful family day at 101 resort. Truely sorry to see the resort was badly hit by the recent flood. ...........
