★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need drastic improvement on the facilities. Can bare with the old furniture setup. The room and sheet cleanliness are acceptable. The towel is super thin almost like mamak good morning towel. 15 ringgit towel is much thicker.
The phone signal here is really bad. Most of the hotel area consider deadzone for celcm and maxs line (Not sure for other telco). Wifi only at reception area. Hotel should consider put up several WiFi repeater or LTE/4G repeater.
At least we can stay in contact with family and friends incase of emergency. Kids pool is small and 6kids already feel crowded. Adult pool is really deep, the shallow area is about 1.65m and the deepest is 3.0m. No toilet nearby pool.
If you want a get away from tech, work, descreet, quite and near to nature this is the place for you. Practice scuba diving also can I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meal facilities but quite privacy enough for newly wed couple.
Got fish pond at your balcony. Fish food available to buy. Enjoy the quiet surrounding while feeding the fish just from your room balcony.
Swimming pool available for kids but extremely cold. Adult pool were too deep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toilets in the room is a bit inconvenient. The flush is not functioning well. Do not have in house restaurants and the resort doesn't let us to cook. I don't understand how can we get any good as the nearby restaurants are atleast 9 km away. To make BBQ is also lousy and expensive for the equipments rental. U can't drink alcohols and smoke around the resort. I don't know what's the point of anyone going there for holiday if nothing is permitable there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pathetic. If you're looking at having your company's Team Building or a family gathering here, please think again. This place has not been maintained for a long time, the swimming pool is out of order and filthy. The rooms were so so and the bathroom was sad, very sad. Shower was not working properly and the pressure was very low. N imagine the air cond was actually fixed directly to an extension cord plug!!! One of the rooms had a power trip due to this.
Will never come back here again n totally disappointed with our management for holding the team building here (Online Images Were Surprisingly Good, but Reality Is Pathetic=

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nice. River is nice. Room is small but comfortable. Aircond without remote control so temperature is uncontrollable. Too cold to handle. The pool is too deep without gradient. 3 meter deep so be careful. Even kid's pool is 1.2 meter deep.
Bad management . Resort manager is not friendly. You should smile often.
Anyway, we still manage to handle our program successfully as requested by client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't use the bathtub. The shower heater were useless, wasn't warm at all. Not only they have no internet connection, they also don't have phone connection. The bed were also uncomfortable, I got shoulder pain first thing waking up in the morning and it's still hasn't gone yet. The bathroom was also too small for deluxe (2 queen bed) room. I am disappointed at the service too. Very expensive for just one night. I don't recommend to those who just want to stay for a night. The swimming pool were dirty, green and looks more like a slime, very unpleasant. One star for this very disappointing resort ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice quiet place. Very green and lush. Pretty small creek next to the resort and behind the rooms. Saw that children had fun feeding the fish. Noted some tropical fruit trees around. Something that the city kids might see for the first time:) Feels very homey.
However some points for improvements:
Could easily miss the entrance as the signage was not clear from the oncoming traffic. Would help if a signage is placed about 100-200m before reaching the place.
The lights in the room dimmed down when the water heater was switched on. I assume it's because the power load was not enough.
We reached an hour earlier before check in time, but was surprised to find the gate locked. We thought we could sit by the stream or the garden benches and enjoy the scenery while waiting for the check in time. Unfortunately, we were not allowed in.
However, all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that the resort has been hit badly by the pandemic. If it wasn't for the lockdowns, the resort would of look nicer and not rundowned. It's still a great place for you to stay a few nights and explore Janda Baik and it's surroundings. Just don't expect best of everything. It's good if you are travelling on a budget, this place is a must try.
