★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious Hunanese food! The spiciness is never overpowering but always present, retaining an altogether fresh flavour. There are two floors and an outdoor seating area. Beware though, this establishment attracts mainlanders (spit on ground, shouting).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is pretty fast. Came here on Sunday so it's quite crowded. The dishes here are hit or miss. Some are quite ok, some are miserable.

Did not inform customer that the aircon was not functioning at booking, and I can see all the patrons resorted to dine at the outdoor tables after being seated inside.
The waitress was not very friendly. When asked to clean the table outside, she did not clean properly, not even the whole table.
The chef on the other hand, put up a black face all the time, with his face mask under the chin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considered average in terms of price. Tastes quite ok as it is not too oily like the traditional Hunan cuisine. Hence, the tatse is assimilated to local taste. Wouldnt say the servuce is fast but the waiters are attentive if you press the call button. There are outdoor seating and mezzanine level dining area. However parking can be a problem here as it is located along gurney drive. Wide selection of chinese cuisine here. Here is what we ordered:

3 麻婆豆腐
4 水煮鱼
5 饺子
6 梅菜扣肉
