★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the famous hokkien prawn mee that had moved three places, all along Burma road, from 邝美丽 to 新华Sin Hwa then to the current location. The owner is the second generation business owner. While operating at 邝美丽 the owner will be invited to run a hokkien prawn mee stall at York hotel Singapore for a month every year for several years. The broth is very different from the others, many called it the old style taste 古早味. Give it a try and you will know what I meant.
