โ โ โ โ โ Really enjoyed the bak kut teh from Food Master. Have tried the usual places along the top end of Gurney Drive (Song Rive Cafe, etc) and they are either too dark (i.e. too much black sauce) or they do not include many ingredients so the soup tastes a bit bland. With Food Master you can pick and choose what you want (more = $$$) so we were quite pleased with the taste and our selection of meats/cuts.

โ โ โ โ โ Food Master's Bak Kut Teh is spectacularly overpriced. At time of writing, a bowl of Bak Kut Teh for 2 pax costs RM43 (excluding rice). While the soup does taste decent, it is definitely not worth the premium.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my first time to give comment. 5 stars PRICE, taste is so so only but couldn't believe that the price is so expensive. We ordered one Bak Kut Teh for 2 person, 1 yam rice, 1 white rice, 1 plate of vege, 1 pot of tea. Total: RM63.50
This is the first time and also the last time.
