Confirm can do but only 80% like the photo. Okay.
This is what i got.
sit for 4 hour. With severe headache until the day after also. I don't want to be here next time i color my hair.
They auto apply 140 treatment and don't allow you to say no to this while other salon always have this as optional. :).
I trusted their instagram and i think this is one big lession for my whole life when trust the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent RM 300++ overthere and the overall experience is damn horrible and full of unsatisfaction.
1) no sense of time - Before actual day, they have reminded me not to be late or else I need to rebook for another slot. I reached there sharp but no one was there to entertain, I need to wait for another 30 mins before there is hairstylist start talking to me
2) the stuff is very rude when hair blowing and washing. He pulling my hair rudely until I can even feel my hair skin almost fall off???. I can feel his nail scratching on my hair skin when washing my hair
3) carelessness
I was so surprised that I can even found the chemical stain at my earlope and this can show how carelessness are them.
4) the hair cut and colour skill is so so only. And now I can feel my hair colouring is not so evenly distributed.
This is my first time and will never go back again. ?
PS: before leaving the salon, they still asking me to put “5 stars” review, but sorry I need to say out the truth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really recommend Jason the stylist! He will dye your hair layer by layer and evenly. Another stylist came to check on my hair after 30 mins and simply colour it, but luckily Jason helped me to wash and blow hair gently afterwards i like his service where he did all these with full of patience, if i can appoint him to help me on hair doing i’ll definitely return to the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment at 6pm, and I have been waited nearly up to 40 mins only I got someone to ask about my hair condition and my needs. At first I prefer to go for haircut and color, but then the hairstylist suggested me to take treatment and color instead, and top up RM40 for haircut. He convinced me that after colouring we should do hair treatment. And because my hair has two color tone(black at the top and light brown at the bottom), he asked whether I want to wash off (add another RM89) if not after colouring would still possible to see the color difference. But since I’m okay with my existing light brown so I just go for light brown color without washing off. (FYI the photos shown in ig mostly need to bleach, and if bleach have to top up another RM89 twice he said, as they need 2 rounds of bleaching) I thought the result would be my black hair will at least turn into lighter brown. End up the results was I’m still look the same like previous. Black hair like never coloured at all. The whole service lasted around 1 hour 20 minutes (inclusive of haircut, colouring, treatment, wash and dry). Was it because of the short colouring duration or the color mixer was too dilute I’m not really sure, just that I don’t feel it’s worth the promotion price. The H20 treatment is just a normal hair mask about 10 mins. You can do it at home also. The haircut also I feel not very professional, just a feel cuts. When drying my hair, another guy stepped in to help, but the dryer was so hot until I felt my ears pain, luckily he only helped out awhile. After finish drying my hair, the hairstylist didn’t even show me how my new hair color looks like or ask my opinion on the hair, he just walked straight to the counter and asked for bills. After that only I realised the haircut is only RM30 from the banner outside. After I went back home, I texted the ig customer service about my hair results but not getting any response after all, just seen my messages without trying to solve my issue. This would be the first and last time I go for this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for hair coloring service during the CNY promotion on 12 January . My appointment was at 6pm and i was there early at 5.15pm, so i waited patiently until 6pm but in the end i have to wait another 30 minutes , only there is someone to asked me to move to the hair styling chair. After the color consultation , they start to put on the chemical onto my hair and so on. There is no steaming session after the apply. Waited for 30 minutes and the hairstylist came to check on my hair and asked to wait for another 10 minutes and good to go for wash. The whole process took me around 2 hours to be done. Once blow dry everything, pay and go, didnt mention anything about if there is anything may come back within a week.Maybe because im the last customer and they just to faster finish work. After that i headed back home, I realized that my hair is not dyed evenly. I even took picture of it and send it back to the hair salon to ask for touch up via instagram message on the 22 January . The person replied me that I have exceeded one week and there will be charges apply for the touch up. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed on the reply because even i did provided evidence stating the hair in two tone and its just the second day which i havent even wash my hair yet. After that I kept asking for a reply on this matter and they no longer reply me in ig and i even call the number provided in facebook page and also google. There is no one answer it. Their service is wayy more sucks than i thought !!!!! Their after service is super duper sucks!! Even during the consultation, the hairstylist is like just want to get his job done faster , and recommended me the basic brown color which i initially wanted to go for bleaching and dye it to purple color. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON IF YOU DONT WANT DISSAPOINTMENT LIKE ME!!!!
