★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy and huge branch. But poor service had to bring my order note to the waiter while waiting for him. Ordered 2 Egg Toasts + Eggs + Coffee. Waiter came back after 2 mins that kaya is finished and can they replace with peanut butter, after I confirmed he went back and came again after 3-4 mins that the bread is out of stock too so they have only 1 toast available. Very disappointing. Such a huge branch with no bread. How on earth they are running the branch with the main item out of stock. Could be the reason that there were only 2 customers having their breakfast. Not recommended at all.

This large cafe is right next door to a Starbucks and it is very telling that Starbucks is full and Old Town is virtually empty.
On the plus side, the large open plan with overhead fans is good for groups to catch up and there is a smaller air conditioned inner area.
If you are in a hurry to catch your ferry, you may be better off elsewhere as the service is very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dining environment is comfortable and spacious. It has an outdoor fan dining area and an indoor air-conditioned room. There is a baby chair. The space is large and the barrier-free facilities are also easy to access. There is no difference between the meal photos and the physical food, and the food is fresh. The only downside is the amount of food, portions could be bigger

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here a few times back in March before the lockdown. This branch of Old Town White Coffee has a decent range of coffees and food. Not including the side orders, there’s only one meal on the menu that’s vegetarian and that’s the Vegetarian Curry Rice. The curry is South-East Asian style, which I much prefer to South Asian style. I thought the meal were very tasty.
I’ve had the mocha and hazelnut coffees, both of which I thought were very smooth, not too sweet and very good. The coffee comes in a smaller cup here, but it’s also cheaper. You can go large with the coffee for a small amount, which would be closer to a normal sized cup of coffee.
The wait staff were always friendly and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got suddenly caught by an heavy rain shower and had a white coffee without sugar there and it was fine.
Despite its not on their menu, they did it on my request and thanks them for!
Plage is huge, AC not that strong but enough to cool you down… staff who served me (male) was polite enough.
They do accept payment by Touch and Go
