The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly and will clean the dishes speedy. The staff in attached picture is very hard working , quick response and very alert to customer request. Best sushi king staff I ever meet.

Nice place to get sushi. Food was fresh and tasty, stuff polite and attentive. Plates move around on a belt but you can also order à la carte. Very cheap prices which is rare to find for sushi.

Nice place. It's cool to see all those meals moving around and if you like sgh, you can just grab it. My 6yo liked it too though he's not a good eater, but enjoyed the food. The dishes are not nig and the food amount is just ok. Will comr again

I'm realy happy that we found a sushi place on Langkawi as it was an opportunity to persuade my partner to try it out. The experience was average. The aircon is blowing so hard that we felt like being stuck in a fridge, although the staff tried to find us seats where the aircon wasn't blowing straight at you. In the end it didn't make much difference. The first round of sashimi was good. Disappointment was that they stopped adding portions to the belt. I would expect that in the evening with the place being full. So when we ordered second round of sashimi and some extras it took so long we had to remind ourselves to the staff. I'm guessing they forgot about our second order. It didn't arrive complete so we needed to remind them about the missing item. The huge disappointment was that some pieces of the sashimi was too cold whilst other pieces on the same plate weren't. So having had to pay 10% service charge is not justifiable. I hope they work on these points to make this place a better experience

Ordered at 9.10pm. 9.30pm my combo havent come yet. When i ask,they say finish already. If i ddint ask, then i just waiting like fool?5min later, they come and informed that my combo available, just found, lol!!

Ate here back in March before everything shut down. The place is set up with a conveyor belt of pre-made dishes. Sadly, there was a dearth of vegetarian options on the belt or on the menu. The only veggie option I could get off the belt was the Tamago. The Chuka Wakame and Inari I had to order off the menu, plus a iced lemon tea. I love this style of food and everything tasted great. Sadly the lack of vegetarian options means that this would be a one time visit regardless how much I enjoyed the meal.

Ordered a takeaway, had to wait 50 mins outside for it, then grabbed the bag and after driven home discovered that a few dishes were missing, so in 50 minutes they couldn't even make sure that everything is in place, either clumsy or they just save products on big orders and hope for people not to notice that. So better check what you order at the counter.

Very limited choices at the conveyor. Salmon is not fresh. Ordered at the menu, took so long to arrived. Food was ok nothing special.
