★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend, but only for riders experienced with big Malaysian city traffic and how to navigate it with his low capacity scooters. Mohamad the owner is easy going, trusting, and communicative, but make sure you have the experience, skills and insurance cover to rent from him. If you don't you could get both yourself and him in trouble. The Honda EX5 scooter I rented from him was old but everything was working, and the engine was super well tuned and could idle at very low RPM, saving me petrol.
