★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is sound and safe. When staying at here, u will be given with security pass card. Never leave the card or u will never going out or going in. Have security at every entrance and cctv. Have parking space and reservation parking. Near with Indonesian Embassy, golf club, pavilion, berjaya time square, klcc, kl tower, ikea cheras. Be careful with traffic jams.

I had the worst hotel experience here. At first we could only check in 2 hours after the official check in time. They didn't even clean the room properly, just changed the sheets and put new towels. There were hair and nails from other guest all over the floor.
Although there is a kitchen, the gas of the stove did not work and there was no hat water in the shower. After reporting it to the manager and the hotline of OYO we were told to wait, since they are busy. We were wainting for 1,5 days and nothing happened at all. Now we are still waiting for our refund so we can move to an other proper hotel. So save you the trouble, if you want to have a proper functioning room, just book something else. Here you don't get any service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a nightmare experience here. After visiting relative who stays here and works at Embassy of Indonesia just next to the building, then waiting for Grab Car in the lobby. Security came then asked me to go out because i am not a tenant nor resident. He mentioned that he is the head of security and this is his premise. He shouted at me “GET OUT!” repeatedly. Then i went out to the pick up/drop off point in front of the building. He came again while shouting asking me out to wait at the edge of the highway. People were all looking to us at that time like i just did a crime to deserve rude treatment. Please improve your management hospitality. Don’t expect respect if you treat your guest like that.

A few owners stay here while many other units are rented out to tenants or listed as a short-term accommodation (STA) in platforms like Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, and OYO. Guests who have had a bad experience in these STAs should rate/review their stay in the respective STA platforms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space seems pretty old. Lobby was rearranged after we came in and looked better but artworks and the a/c was dismal.
I think new management is trying to revamp whole place. They were starting to paint elevator landings. Elevator has uneven floors which was a lil creepy. The area and home was nice and quiet, except for sounds of people playing at the pool which was fine, and traffic sounds can get loud. Ventilation systems also need overhaul. Smoke can be smelled from bathrooms at certain times of day when we are non-smokers. Lighting outside can get almost non-existant if its dark and raining in the day time. Something need to be done about the garbage disposal system as well. It smells when we walk by to go to the lift. Only saving grace was location and the security and maintenance people who were very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is quiet and the facilities are good. The unit we stayed at was quite old and not looked after. The elevators seldom work properly. Noise from road construction too. No coffee shops unfortunately. Great view from the balcony.
