★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good mall having 2 big areas Pavillion Elite with highend brands and the other section is with not so expensive shops. Level 1 of the mall has a huge food court...with cuisines from round the globe. You also have fast food options. On level 6 there are many dessert shops. So over all I like this mall for all the hustle and bustle. Will definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great area in downtown KL but this time around very few people due to the pandemic situation. Otherwise it is usually buzzing with foreigners and locals alike and all the restaurants are packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a lot Chinese (form Mainland China) tenant live here, it's absolutely disgusted with their behavior. Loud and noisy, doesn't know how to trash properly in the bin, smoking inside the units which is affect others units (It's central air-conditioned) & dirty. A year move here it's like a nightmare. In my opinions it's not worth it to buy if your tenant keep moving out because of the same issue. While management did nothing to this matter since been lodged a lot of times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Furnishing is not up to the mark for such rental & price. This private dwelling has been illegally rented out without the consent of the building management. In the end, we had to lie to the security guards throughout our stay. For the price we paid, its best to rent at a good hotel nearby
