★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairstylist is not professional and keep talking about nonsense. He have ruined my hair. The color and haircut are not what I'm expected. This is the most bad experience I haved. Definitely will not come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there bc of haircut & hair perming, however the stylist was not confident to perm and use my poor hair quality as an excuse that my hair may not be curl enuf as what I expected. So I switched to hair colouring. My hair color is uneven but I can accept it. My hair cut is really out of expectation....
My guy friend came along for hair cut on the same day. After the haircut he was asked to go wash hair without letting him know there will be additional charges RM10. The hair cut is also meh....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything that could have went wrong to me went wrong at this salon. First of all they don’t disclose their prices to their customers until you reach the salon and after you made an appointment I went in expecting to pay 150 I paid 300 for hair colouring they stated on their website it’s 89 for bleaching and 44 promo for hair colouring turns out you pay per time you bleach that’s what they don’t disclose. The stylist who did my hair was so unprofessional I received 3rd degree burns on my face from the bleach when I repeatedly told him my face was burning and to clip up my hair they just ignored and until I complained again he did it and my face now has scars and is red. What salon will intentionality hurt people!!!! Secondly he dyed my hair the wrong colour I wanted a blue teal colour and he dyed it grey when he was drying it I didn’t see a trace of blue and I was mad because I specifically repeatedly showed pictures of the blue hair I wanted and his reasoning to me was that the grey hair was trendy so he forgot. My hair is blue in the end but my face has scars and IM STILL IN PAIN FROM THE BURNS EVERYTIME I WASH MY FACE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. IM STILL SO ANGRY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to give 3 and a half star as the stylist worked so hard to keep me satisfied but the waiting time is horrible. It took me 8hrs to get a hair dye, freaking 8hrs, i wish there's better management for appointments so that ur customer wouldn't have to waste their time waiting. That's how u keep ur customer in the long run. Plus all the stylists were rushing to accommodate up to 2 to 3 customers at once, I don't think it does justice to my hair nor other customers. Hence both me and my friend's hair color is uneven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i did my hair color and bleach here a few days ago, the color is so uneven. the product they used to bleach and dye my hair is so sucks. i can feel my scalp burning during the dyeing period. the hair stylist are so unprofessional, my shirt is soaking wet after i go out from the saloon with my scalp burned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The results certainly did not turn out as expected, colours were falling off during showering. The dyes they used were burning my scalp and making me to itch. I think the chemical they applied beforehand is not a good one as colours weren't stuck to my hair well. Initially, the guy told me that a dark brown would be the result of my hair as my hair is dark in colour however, it turned out to be a green which was not even obvious. Well, overall the service was great I would say, it's just that the colour isn't as well as seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here around Dec/Jan. First of all, they have really bad customer service. Prices are cheap yes but you get what you pay for literally. Everyone there is unprofessional. Young adults with less exposure and experience (based on my trip there). I paid RM200 for a hair treatment honestly it did nothing except make my hair smooth and smell good for a day tops. I had bright red dyed hair at that time. The stylist told me the treatment will help lock in the color and make the red more vibrant, as well as make my hair more silky and shiny. The entire process of the treatment was so uncomfortable, they had me tilted back with my head laid flat on a hard surface for 20+ minutes. When the stylist was washing off the treatment I already notice the color of the water turning red due to the high heat and steam they used for the treatment. In the next following days my red hair faded A LOT. I do not recommend this place at all. They have no sense of professionalism.

The price is acceptable, but the color of the hair is not very satisfactory. The environment is very comfortable, there is free tea reception, and there is an area where other people can wait.
