and have also strained my back for not being careful during work and I ignored it. One morning I had a big sneeze just right when I woke up while sitting up, immediately sharp pain came from my entire back and the middle part felt stuck, I can't walk and stand without feeling pain and can't even take in breathe properly.
Wong Sifu helped me to heal. The first time he only asked me what's wrong then he already knew where are the places I'm having pain. After therapy, he adviced me that I needed exercise, also taught me few stretching exercise in case of any discomfort continues in the time of healing. Yes, I have not exercise for years. Took his advice and slowly get back into exercise after feeling better and now I'm all good.
One thing is that do expect bruises, pain and swelling after the therapy.

the fee is a little bit at high side, but if it fixed the problem, then the fee is considered cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my experience here is awful, after i told the physician my shoulder problem, he still ask me to took off my pants and press few of my sensitive part from lower body, then i pull his hand off my lower body, and try emphasize problem is from shoulder politely, he ask me to do press myself at home, well, totally im-pressed! whole treatment is less than 5 minutes, and the bill eventually is RM 200. reason of being charged is sifu touched 4 place at my body.
