★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waiting period - this is basically not because of overwhelming but, the way of operation or way of how they organise the flow is too bad.
We have been seated for 40 minutes with only one plate of dimsum being served.
The waiters and waitress were too young to serve and had been trained for how to take orders, table arrangement, food serving and so on.
Never see a restaurant operator do such badly.
