★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! Order for takeaway, 30 minutes later received it. The staff keep inform will be 10 minutes, but nothing being done to fulfill it. Moreover many customers that ordered after me, had received their orders. The manager didn't not apologise for the bad experience. Won't coming this outlet again!!
If u keep doing this, trust me u will lose customers..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there and the drink machine broke down. Patrons could only have bottled water. If the machine worked, refill is not allowed. 40 minutes in and still the food was not ready. Understandable, it was a busy day. Making a mental note to not come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We want to order bundle whichbis rm57 per order. But sadly have to wait 1/2 hour and i decided to order the same menu but not in bundle and have to paid rm80 for the same menu. The waiter quite rude & comforting the customer. definitely will not cisit again after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 set of rice box with 6 drumsticks which should comes with 2 cup of beverage..but sadly they said only have cokes. Then when we want to fill the cup (not refill..) it Just enough for 1 cup..another cup is just fill with Ice only. The waitress said they cannot do anything . .counter closed for any order around 7.30pm -8pm. Bad exprerience for us.maybe last time we dine here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st visit post-covid 19. Very pleasant experience, received my order within 7 minutes only, the waitress was very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent, no problems with drinks (we had the ala carte menu). What a great lunch ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel cheated and dissatisfied patronising this eatery. This place replaced kimslaw with 3 pieces of tasteless fried tofu without informing us when ordering the menu at the counter. When asked about it to the cook when our order was ready for pickup, he simply said that they had run out of kimslaw. They should have informed us about it when we were ordering so that we can decide either to continue ordering the same menu or leave. Did the pieces of fried tofu have the same price/value as the kimslaw as the menu price remained the same? Did the customer agree to this change beforehand? Terrible food and service.
