โ โ โ โ โ Food system is really really bad.. for the first trip have ordered curry puff and they never include it in the receipt so I gotta line up again to buy it.. after ordered for the second time they offered to send it straight into the hall as movie has already started.. waited for almost one hour plus yet no staff has came into to send the order.. So I went down to check, found my receipt was never bothered, they left it aside ! VERY DISAPPOINTED ..

โ โ โ โ โ Hot food service should improve esp during peak days.. service should be as fast as the ordering lane.. maybe can put more staff & queueing pole as it's a bit messy

โ โ โ โ โ Good sound system and Audio Visual. Clean and comfortable seat. Suitable place for family members as well. Food & baverage available to buy at the counter. Online tickets services available and e-payment eccepted here.

โ โ โ โ โ Great movie experience. Ticketing process is really efficient. Food section not really. Takes about 15 minutes at least to get popcorns and drinks. Maybe too crowded or understaffed I'm not sure. Comfortable ??

โ โ โ โ โ Have Dolby Atmos which is amazing by gsc. Very good amount of seats available have 10 theatre so a lot of movies can be played at once. Nice cinema . Clean . Pretty good spaces of seat not too cramp. Overall definitely would visit again to watch movies โบ๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ It has been a long time I haven't watched any movie at this cinema so I would review it based on my recent visit (covid era). I purchased my tickets at the machine - which was convenient as you were properly instructed. However, two machines that accepted cash were dysfunctional and there was no personnel at the counter. I could see some dissatisfied customers because they couldn't make any purchases. Do hope the machines would be fixed soon.
