End up received only 2 Pcs drumsticks and 5 Pcs wings....
Please check properly before wrap up the order....

Very bad bad service from kitchen staffs.. I order for dine in but he gives my order in packs.. I ask is it the right order and angry with me.. He mad at me bcause I’m asking.. the chicken taste not freshly.. the soup tumpah sbb penutup tidak tutup betul2 minta tukar tapi cakap tak boleh kena charge lain.. apani..? I’m pay the service not for bad service.. please take action on your staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the hot boneless chicken but the sauce barely coat the chicken (the sauce only coat some pieces and even then it's a very small amount and some pieces doesn't get coated by the sauce at all! ). Other than that the chicken is also kind of hard to bite, it's probably fried for too long. Please do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst 4 fingers i have ever had. I regret buying it from platinum walk. Usually i wld buy frm masjid jamek which is wayyyy crispier and worth our money. I dont know if this is rice or porridge. Dont tell me “its japanese rice” i know how japanese rice is. Do consider buying frm other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place prefer to serve customer who order delivery and self pickup. It does not encourage you to dine in. If you still want to dine, there will be no pipe sink available for customer to wash hand. The staff will just provide a plastic glove which i dont feel good to use it as i am the type of person who MUST wash hand before eating. So in the end i do a takeout
