★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While McDonald's and KFC food qualities have been dropping, A&W seems to be able to turn their quality standard back around. The chicken is hot and crunchy. The burgers are also freshly made and aren't soggy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having lunch here when I am writing this post. Attended by Alex and I am really impressed by him. My friend doesn't know what to choose when he stands infront of the counter, luckily there was no other customers waiting behind. He mumbled while having a hard time, Alex heard and patiently recommends the sets to us. We observed he was talking softly and patiently to an older workers, which we think is amazing because a fast food restaurant willing to hire senior citizen and the younger staff are that patient. Your staff are passionate and friendly, definitely recommend this place.

Very poor customer service by ur people. Very rude to customer. No aircond seating, so hot. Very limited chair. Until now only 2 chair per table although u come from same household. Kick out ur manager la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been quite a long time since I had my root beer float. Love the float very much and now they had this promotion a Coney dog at RM5! Even though I'm not a fan but I don't care because they are having this promotion. So, I took that chance and dine-in. Who knows? Hahaha. Keep it up!
