★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order taugeh (bean sprouts) with salted fish. Next is ginger and scallion chicken. In my opinion these 2 dishes are the most common dishes at a chu char restaurant. Yet .. it became the worst dishes.. bean sprouts were fried with a lor (thickening sauce). While chicken was deep fried till very dry and then mix with ginger and scallion. The rest of the dishes ordered like steam fish and etc is okay.
