★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go for delicious and affordable Thai cuisine. We truly enjoyed the 'Kerabu Sotong' (squid salad) and deep fried fish with crunchy garlic.
The place is located in a suburb of Sungai Petani and can be difficult to locate. Even so, the crowd started to build up at 7.15pm. A queue ensued after that.
One star less because they took more than 30 minutes to serve our dishes. All in all, it is worth the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t say it’s a very good Thai restaurant despite that it’s crowded with locals. It is advised to call for appointment during peak dinner hour else you will have to wait for a table.
We ordered around 8 dishes - only a few are actually good. The kang Kung dish is yummy, fried egg is good and also the seafood Tom yam soup is good. Green curry chicken is so watery and taste so bland. We didn’t even wanna take a second bite. The pork knuckle is not good as well. Fish is soso.
Overall I won’t say I will only give 2.7 out of 5. Won’t recommend to eat here if you are looking for authentic Thai food.

Steam fish and garlic fried chicken are highly recommended to try, especially for first timer. Lemongrass water was a good companion to all the hot and spicy Thai style cookings.
Very popular among the locals. Open from 6PM. Recommend to arrive early, especially on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food! Ordered Tom Kha, a spicy hot soup with coconut milk. You can choose either chicken or seafood, we chose seafood & it's delicious! We also tried their Ayam Goreng Serai, another thumbs-up. The portion is big. Their pricing is cheap. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very often packed and difficult to get a place. Finally managed to get a table last Friday. And now I understand. All the dishes (5) total were fantastic and then came the icing … the bill! We had all the 3 main meat dishes and then some and yet the cost was so nominal for 9 of us. People just go! You will not be disappointed. This one of those surprise treasures one discovers
