★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your cashier staff was rude. Was looking for something and he asked me to be cepat nak tutup with a loud tone. This is 7:42pm. Sop stated till 8pm. I still have the rights to buy things and leave before 8pm. By 7:45pm all the shutters were closed. This is not the right mco sop. Secondly, the day before, the shutters were closed at 7.30pm. Pls check cctv.
