Store personnel will need to work harder to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of items and racks item.
Covid-19 SOP not followed at all. Staff with mask but underneath their chin.
Customers walk in without scanning mysejahterah or temperature checks!!!
No space or queueing guide for payment thus kinda crowded near counter, covid-19 risk !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with all reviews that staff are very unprofessional. Cashiers were chatting when I approached the check-out. Worse still, one of them was not wearing her mask properly, pulled down to the chin. Had to tell her 3x before her colleague pulled up her mask. She was mumbling away, very likely scolding me
I hope management reads the reviews. This would be a life-long reminder to me to avoid this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude cashier.(Chinese lady who's wearing spec) Impolitely. The shop quite hot, not enough air-cond inside. Lots of stuff on the floor, not properly arrange to their racks. Running out of staff, perhaps!
