 Harsh and impolite attitude towards customers, and the knowledge and rules of poke plates 2.0 are not familiar to the shop staff. The clerk must be given more training, otherwise it is not only the customer, but the confidence and money that the customer has in you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and I was the only customer, it wasn't even busy. I bought some items and wanted to redeem a voucher on the 7E app. The cashier scanned the voucher n my items but I think there's something wrong with the system because it didn't show any discount. He didn't even bother to ask for assistant from his colleague nor did he explained to me about the problem, he just directly charge me normal price and didn't even give me the receipt after payment.
