β β β β β I think the bank should be more considerate towards the customers furthermore during the mco period the staffs should be more helpful and fast. No doubt there are sops to follow at least get organised for the sake of the customers you guys know how to treat your customers better!!!!! Have pity on those who are not soundly and physically fit to wait in a queue for so long. You people sit in the aircon offices but what about the poor customers. Bad customer service

β β β β β Long queue and crowded, customers have to wait under sunny weather. Suggest to have online appointment platform to avoid such uneasy approach.

β β β β β Have to wait for a long time to create a saving account and wasted 2 hours waiting for the queue under the scorching Sun, there is no shade or anything. Poor management, cannot get an appointment for services. Cannot give a convincing reason after letting their customers waiting for so long, their answers are always the same.

β β β β β I want to give Negative-5 to people of this branch itβs sad to say CIMB is a good bank but this branch is real bad. The staff is sooooo rude that at the end I had to ask her βmaβam can you be less rudeβ, first she was on personal call and sounded cheerful and I had to wait as customer after call she started talking soo aggressive with HEY MR YOU MR NO OTHER OPTION MR just to get rid of me quickly, I just went there to update account info and get some more information and not to be ignored with this behaviour for info I am keeping my money in this bank o.O and then she called the guard and he came soo aggressive that βhey MR you done you done! Go goβ as if I am a threat ... they need to learn some English, learn a lot of respect and need training to handle customers instead of taking home frustrations out at work... This attitude is making me question if I should keep the account in this bank cz this is only branch nearby I know TTokong and town branches are super good, but in this area other banks are way more humble and educated...

β β β β β Issue related to CIMB require to present in the bank physically. Where as other bank can fix it thru call center and online.
In this digital world, CIMB still require the customer to Q.
For the new normal - a big bank should think how to utilize the digital system and get the customer to fix the issue online.
New normal does not 'only' applicable to social distance and limited customer inside your bank.

β β β β β Went to withdraw my ASB, staffs were really friendly and helpful, arrived at 9am, 8-9 ppls already in line. Took around 20-25 minutes to get in. Bank memang slow buat kerja tapi staffs okay ?

β β β β β Queue outside 1 hr under hot sun till rain comes but you just able to move 2 to 3 meters. You will wondering "Anyone working inside the bank? " We are using legs to stand and suffering weather. Please do a good planning how to expedite the all process. If some process do take time, get the customer come back later while you able to let others go in rather then let people waiting no time. Thanks.
