★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy management. Lift broke down many times and they simply take their own time to fix the lift. They're good at chasing the tenants to pay the maintenance fees but they can't even fix the broken lift on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite hard to find parking outside the apartment, always drive in to seek for visitor parking if possible. Convenient location, as Bandar Baru supermarket is just within walking distance.
