★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 4 down lights, warranty 3 months. One burnt in a week, then went back to change. The following are questions asked by them:
1. "We have sold so much, how can it be so easy to burn?"
2. "Check if that is our stock."
3. "Why do you open this plug?" (Shown in photo. This mean that she has no knowledge about down light at all).
4. And then they opened up the driver case and check, and asked: "Did you change things inside?".
That's my limit and I slammed back.
The one star given here is because they still change a new one inspite of scolding and arguing.
If you want to test where your limit is, you are recommended to visit this shop.

Wanted to sell me a 3A Selcon photocell AS-2403A for rm49.00. When I said it is still too expensive, the seller reduced the selling price to rm39.00
Since I needed it urgently, I just bought it.
Check around, Lazada selling same at rm40.00 for 2 pcs. or rm 29.00 for 1 pc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an emergency water leak in the tank during FMCO and got Chee Sang electrical to come fix the leakage. They charged us RM600 for replacing a pipe-- roughly about 2 hours job. Reason given was that they have MITI letter-- which honestly was probably for their shop, and not for the service that they carried out. Bloody dishonest and cutthroat. ONE time transaction with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service especially the lady boss, all she knows is talk but no action at all. Sent them my garment iron to fix , at first she told me that it will be done in a couple of days. Later when i went over to check, the lady boss told me to come back in another 3-4 days because it’s not done yet so i patiently waited. After almost a week when i went again, to my surprise it’s still not fixed and she has the audacity to ask me to come again the next day. No sense of remorse and responsibility. So in the end I took the iron away and fix it somewhere else.
Will never ever go back again
