★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this place to have our eyelash perming session. The first round, not even 1 hair of my eyelash permed as expected. Not even an apology received. Was told it's my eyelash issue. How can we both have eyelash issues at the same time? I did mine before and it worked! We requested for refund and they said cannot, they offered second round of session instead. They will only refund if the result of the second session is not as expected.
After second session, still the same thing. Nothing changed. So we requested for refund. They said refund can only be made at the end of month. I waited until end of the month, nothing. I messaged them, no reply. I message them again 3 times, still no reply.
Apart from this poor service, i felt really uncomfortable when i was lying down during the session, the staff actually allowed 2 repairmen to come into the room to check on something. Yes, while i was lying down with eyes closed, with no blanket covering me, and only wearing my anak tudung! ITS A MUSLIMAH SPA. I felt so shocked and violated. I did not highlight this to the staff bcoz i was trying to remain calm and control my anger. You can check your cctv to confirm my statement.
I am very disappointed with this spa and the irresponsible owner. You should have set a proper guidelines and procedures to your staffs including trainings to them. I demand to have my money back and you can keep the apologies to yourselves for treating your customers like this.
TIME AND MONEY WASTED.
