柜台小姐（年龄大概20岁左右），并没有给于合理的客服对待。后者还叫出一位柜台男生（年龄大概25岁左右），柜台小姐在接待笔者时同时也接待另一对游客，而且是用很不耐烦的语气对待笔者。
男客服也是一样用敷衍的态度对待笔者，二位客服疑是不愿协助笔者解决问题。态度极度恶劣无理。
愿有关部门协助，客服是商店门面，门面做邪了，何来有盈利？
 The author went to the relevant store on Friday (4/1/19, 1.35 noon) due to glasses problems.
The counter lady (about 20 years old) did not give reasonable customer service treatment. The latter also called out a boy at the counter (about 25 years old), and the lady at the counter also received another pair of tourists when receiving the author, and treated the author with an impatient tone.
The male customer service also treated the author with a perfunctory attitude, and the two customer service staff suspected that they were unwilling to help the author solve the problem. The attitude is extremely bad and unreasonable.
I would like the assistance of the relevant departments. Customer service is the storefront. If the storefront is done badly, how can it be profitable?
