★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered breakfast set with hot drink but didn't mention in the menu what are the choices included in set, when I asked for cham the cashier just added extra charge. The cham is terribly taste too, bitter and very sweet. Not recommended.

Seems like this branch is fully outsourced and managed by expats (aka foreign workers - from counter staff to the kitchen staff).
Service can be quite lousy if the place is crowded as the workers seems to be blur and does not counter check with your receipt to view whether or not you have ordered such an item. Instead they will just ask you whether you have ordered such and such items that they are carrying.
