โ โ โ โ โ Had a great experience with Carmen at A-Saloon+ KL East Mall. At first will surprising and got shock when the curl machine show up like this on my head, will i become madonna? But the final was satisfied, This is totally what i want! She got a good service and friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ went with a high expectations since its a saloon+, but left super disappointed. did my manicure there, i was passed around from one person to another (i did call ahead & make an appointment btw). I understand the saloon is packed since raya is coming but customer service was bad. In the span of 1hr, 3 different staff attended to me. I was pretty annoyed at that point. None of the staff informed me how long i should wait for the nails to dry in the nail-dryer machine. When i went to pay, 2 of my nails chipped.. n i was bamboozled how i havent even left the saloon yet my nails are in these conditions already? so the staff fixed it for me but she was very annoyed by it lmao. We pay for ur service because we have the money to. Worst rm68 spent could go to another saloon for a better service. im pretty sure if i went to a saloon+ klcc, with the same price i paid, id get better treatment than at here.

โ โ โ โ โ The hairdresser cut according to his style/creativity. My only rule was to cut my hair shoulder length which I got. My hair was too oily and the hair washer advise to put oil only on the ends of the hair. I take home my cut hair in my own plastic bag. Put hair in home compost bin.

โ โ โ โ โ I've actually been going to this saloon for a while because it's conveniently near to my house. But today I was quite disappointed with their service. I asked for layered bob cut, but they styled my hair more like layered shaggy haircut. It's only at the end that I realized when they dried my hair :(
Also I requested them to do highlights - I did not like the results. It was very choppy and the colour was very brassy. They didn't do any toning afterwards - not sure if this is an add on thing? They didn't explain it clearly & again I didn't have time to sit another hour to ask them to "fix" everything.
A lot of people say the hairstylists here are all friendly - but all I hear from mine was how pathetic my hair condition is. The previous guy I always go to in this saloon always gave me constructive advice based on my explanation - which was why I liked going to him. But with this lady it was definitely a one way conversation. When I told her in fact I've been using certain products to try solve my hair "problem" all she responded was "I dont believe it".
All in all I felt like she didn't really listen to my request as a customer. Felt like she just wanted to finish everything quickly & so not worth the mount I paid.
I know a lot of people likes this saloon. I did too. But today was it for me. :( #disappointed

โ โ โ โ โ Went there for a quick haircut to thin out my thick hair, it was swift. Mad skills I guess? Haha. But also ended up with keratin treatment. Price wise, worth it. Love how smooth my hair now and easier to style. Shout out to the stylist and the person who handled my hair for keratin. Great service ?
