★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite new to me and I need to try it. At first I thought it was a Korean restaurant but actually Japanese. So far it is ok and acceptable. Need to try something else in the menu. Maybe next time. Well congratulations and keep it up. I'll be back. Got some pictures...before and after. Hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only satisfied with free flow ice lemon tea. Not happy with the appetizing ads on the monitor. Expecting sirloin steak same as what been visualized in the video. I'm very disappointed. Please help to alter the menu so that customer can choice the size of the steak. Remove rice set to adjust the price. Add new pepper sauce to go with the steak. I'm giving you 5 stars for improvement as this is my first time having dinner here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Salmon and Beef dish with add on mushroom. Overall taste is nice, love it! But it would be slightly better if the dish isn't too dry (a lil bit more kuah might do justice).

: shop is clean.
: they have a claw machine inside the shop which you can use if you spend 60RM. It's a good way to distract yourself while waiting for your order.
What can be improved : the service is a bit slow, knowing that it wasn't that crowded when we came, we still waited for a while.
: there are a few unavailable items on the menu, hope that it can be complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been enjoying eating pepperlunch since 2010 i guess. The 1st outlet was in pavillion wayback when they have their own itself restaurant. Fast forward all pepperlunch in food court kiosk at shopping mall. Then came along pkp, mostly foodcourt closed down permanently together with pepperlunch kiosk. When they advertise the will opening at kl east mall i was so excited. I visited during few days their opening weekdays, the service was superfast and i really satisfied. Yesterday i came at about 12pm. The pasta menu was not available. We already upset because its my daughter favourite. We purposely came for that. Nvm, so we just ordered the other food on menu. Then we have to wait about 40 mins for the food to ne served. Lesson learnt never ever come on weekends. Weekdays much more piece of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only tried the jumbo beef rice, it was delicious. But u HAVE TO ADD THE SAUCE that's on the table while mixing the rice on the hot plate. The sauce made it delicious.
Service speed was okay. Roughly 10mins wait time. Environment is clean. Price is on the mid-high range. Roughly Rm20 per person. Staff is friendly. Over all it was good apart from the screaming children's beside our table.
