β β β β β Havent had A&W for a while now but was wondering around IOI Mall thinking what to eat and saw the outlet so decided to give it a try ~ food was good and service was fast as there were not many people around. Good post Covid19 precaution taken, with registration of contact and good spacing at the dining area.
Food was fresh and delicious.

β β β β β Foods were served hot and fresh. Tasty as well. Staffs are friendly, and most important outlet is very clean. Definitely 1of the must visit outlet. Keep up the good service.

β β β β β The worst fast food chain available. There is barely any customer, yet the service is so slow. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a regular root beer float and a waffle ? so many workers but all hiding inside. Really a huge disappointment

β β β β β When I was about to pay for my food, the cashier asked for adding float. And I accepted. However, there were nothing inside in my two cups after buying. This is a take away order, please do not taking the advantage. And itβs not crowded at that particular time as is noted.

β β β β β Nice place to relax here beside, can enjoy my root-beer. Love the branch here - quite spacious. The counter is just in front the cafe, you can sit indoor or outdoor. Ambient here, very cozy and privacy - good place to surf my phone cause they provided plug points everywhere.
Now, having promotion until end of Dec, 2020 - spend above Rm$30, can get free mashed potato this week and new menu - coconut flakes waffle.

β β β β β Food ok but....the sink and tables are extremely dirty and oily. Management and outlet manager should also focus on keeping the environment clean and sanitised.
