β β β β β was waiting to get in line for our table but there is no one handling to arrange the table so we can squeeze in to enjoy our dinner here. instead, we were waiting about 10-15minutes outside the shop clueless. I understand the covid19 situation but i do believe you guys can manage it better. Bad table arrangements and managing the customers. Thank you, your loyal customer.

β β β β β There is extreme little minced chicken inside cost me rm16.80 for this meal. The price is totally unreasonable. I do understand about ingredients cost is quite high for now days but there is strictly not a reasonable price for this meal. I do have a feel of been cheated by the picture menu. Sorry to say that i wont ever support this restaurant, never and ever.

β β β β β Came here to eat the noodles, soup wasnβt hot, fishball is cold inside.
Talked to the waiter, the waiter told me to mix the fishball and the soup ? idk to laugh or cry.
Anyway, told the waiter to cook longer so the soup and fishball will be warm and he reluctantly do it. When the waiter send the food back to us, I told him that itβs not only one bowl but all 4 bowls are cold, he just walked away.
Came and paid at the cashier, cashier just stood there and look left right up down after hearing my feedback, so I asked, at least tell me what you think, because you are leaving me hanging there. Obviously it didnβt work, she still look left right up and down.
Manager wasnβt at the store. And doesnβt seem like the staffs are trained to handle this matter.
Disappointed because we ate a half cooked food, and was told to mix it with the soup which is not even cooked. And when we told the cashier, she just doesnβt show much help at all.
Incident took place on 28 April 2022 11:15am.

β β β β β Ordered their Thai basil chicken from grab, honestly so disappointed. Looks like canned dog food or prison food. Barely any basil inside, just one basil leaf if I'm being honest. Definitely not gonna order from here again ??

β β β β β The boat noodle - Ayutthaya was too spicy to my liking. Those who love spicy food may enjoy it. The Pad Thai was ok. Tom Yum fried rice is not bad.
