★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisely there are long Q for A&W. In fact there are demand for A&W. However their marketing are not strong enough.
Not talk about the advertising but the menu board are confusing and small wording. Speed can be improve cos if one customer is 5 mins means I need to stand 20 mins if 4 customer in front of me...
Food quality and taste is OK.
Customer service are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&W eko mall again...service extremly slow. A lot of staff yet the service very2 slow. Ordered 12.51 more then 30 minute my food yet to be ready??? The staff more focusing packing the order for grab and food panda instead focusing on dine in customers. Staff look not well manage by person in charge.Please look into this or you might loose even more bussines......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Improvement needed urgently ... The chicken burger I ordered via foodpanda (Ekocheras branch) was shown in the picture.
I personally think that chicken burger at road side gerai is even tastier than A&W's.
Pictures on foodpanda app are only for illustration purposes? The chicken burger in the picture is a fried chicken not a grayish half cooked patty. It looks so ewww....Anyway the pictures that I took had been automatically beautified by my phone.
Not going to purchase any A&W food in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&w having kitten at their serving area yesterday. I can see that non of staff try to remove from the place. We were there at least 30 min but no proper food management were practice here. Next maybe someone will kitten nuggets.?. Sorry if I hurt ? you guys but HACCP requirements are there to follow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi A&W Malaysia. U have awesome foods but poor quality staffs. In almost every outlets they are lacking of friendliness towards the customers. As if they are being punished when customers order foods?
Maybe need some soft-skill training. We are giving business to the restaurant afterall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service ever from taipan USJ. Waited more than 20minutes for them to get my order ready. When the order was ready they then ask if I can change because they are only now cooking the chicken. Which I have to wait another 10minutes.
