Saya dapat CL terbaik ,i could never ask for a better CL..
terima kasih banyak2 utk Kak Jid.
Cuma sy harap lepas ni PP akan selalu remind customer hari ke berapa CL akan dtg lps delivery walaupun ada sebut dalam quotation. Mgkin ni yg org x berpuas hati.
Anyway, berbaloi amik dgn PP. Sy ambil 14 hari full day visit.

Initially, I was afraid to continue with PP after reading the review here, but I decided to continue and thank God I was a little sorry.
I got the best CL, I could never ask for a better CL ..
Thank you so much for Kak Jid.
I just hope that after this, PP will always remind customers how many days CL will arrive for delivery even if there is a mention in the quotation. Maybe this person is satisfied.
Anyway, worth amik with PP. Sy took a 14 day full day visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not keep their word in sending a Calibre therapist when their assigned therapist was not able to come. So they Sent a last minute therapist who is 7mths pregnant. How do one expect the therapist to work as fast and efficient than the client herself? This therapist is being picked out by them through online and hence therapist was not screened and not checked thoroughly for her experience. It's unacceptable. I've paid a premium price to get something I can do myself.
The therapist came for two days and was not satisfactory. Therapist was not even sure what to do exactly and I have to explained it to her. It's not my position to be doing all these!
For a premium price paid , I am expecting a professional and experience therapist, not a mediocre one where I can get one myself. Hence I terminated the whole services as I do not trust them anymore.
They wanted to send another therapist direct from pantang plus but I have to wait for almost a week after which is not ideal.
They always deal with customer on WhatsApp despite having issues. No proper channel and protocol in doing service recovery. Very bad in acknowledging mistakes and full of ego.
Having a one sided no refund policy when services have not been delivered fully. And when insisted for refund , they still take 1.2k RM for themselves when they are the one who screwed up the whole entire services.
All these issues have caused me tremendous stress and what's more with a newborn in hand to take care of. It's really unacceptable.
They still have the cheek to delay my refund and they still earned 1.2k out of all these. A true ethical business would have refunded all the money except deposit. Because why am I being deducted to pay the therapist for two days when her performance is unsatisfactory and she's not worth the amount. I was charged to pay the therapist, her transport fees and the pantang products including postage!! All that for 1.2k. it's really unethical, a non halal way to earn money. I let God be the judge of all this.
I'm still waiting for my refund. This company tries to look all legitimate and huge, but in reality it's has a very unsustainable business protocol and ethics. And their finance seems to be crumbling. From their charges and lack of promised , they will close down soon. Remember , they are the highest price in market but they are probably the worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope no one else makes the mistake i did by not reading the reviews here about this company. My experience was them was not good at all. They are only efficient when invoicing. They sent their therapist 2 days late, leaving me without any help right after my delivery. I had to call them about a millions times to ensure that they sent a therapist eventually. It was really difficult to get through to speak to them in the first place. If i hadnt called them repeatedly, there wouldnt have been any follow up to update me on when a therapist would be coming.
They say that their therapist not being able to come early/on time is apparently out of their control. Hardly any apologies. The initially planned therapist couldnt make it apparently because of a minor accident, the pictures they sent me of the “accident” was a tiny scratch on the side of the car.
Suffice to say, until i got them to send a therapist, it was really distressing, especially after delivering a baby.
The therapist who came eventually was ok, but the equipment they gave the therapist to do the actually therapy was really of good quality either. The stone used for tuam was a construction stone instead of a river stone. The therapist herself felt bad and brought her own river stone. Fyi, the construction stone couldnt retain much heat for the therapy.
After the therapist left, there wasnt even any follow up to ask if everything was ok.
So based on my experience, i do not recommend this place.
