β β β β β Food is good but the service is so slow. Many waiting for 15 minutes (more customers outside of photo), and I came later than other customers [-1 star]. You can order, go back home for a quick dump, and have time to spare before the food is ready ??. HR management, please do something about this.
Edit: they don't even bother calling out the order when it's done [-1 star], lazy lady just stands and watch. I saw my food sitting on the counter for 3 minutes while she ignores me even though we make eye contact [-1 star]. Total time spent waiting: 24 minutes [-1 star]
Please listen HR, it makes a difference when you hire people who are competent and up for the job. They don't need to have a good CV or anything but they need discipline and respect for hard work and customers. I might not be the most qualified to say this but as a customer, please make sure they are at least trained up to standard.

β β β β β Attached to Petronas petrol station,the problem here is hard to find car parking,always occupied. Burgers,chicken and coney dog are very tasty as usual. A & W root beer float is their specialty

β β β β β Love their waffles, best in town. However, there's few times when I was there, the waffle machine is out of order. Sad. Parking is limited thereοΌas this A&W is located inside a petrol station.

β β β β β The chicken we buy have some kind of rotten smell. The curly fries also not crunchy. Its really disappointed. Since we bought a lot, we try to eat some..but most of them really cant,t ??

β β β β β Really dissatisfaction staff?. Very slow attitudes and not well trained staff with very poor management. I ordered 3 combo set but received 2 only. Luckily i double checked my order and found missing 1 combo. Waited 1 hour to get my missing combo. No complimentary drinks or apologies for waiting. Ask them to return my money also no answer. A&W will lost their reputation with staffs like this. Not recommended at allβ¦ ??????

β β β β β nice waffle. to me, if the fast food remain its authenticity food, the quality should be there. if they ever come out something weird, such as this korean style fried chicken, its a "no-no" for me....fried chicken, always go for the best...McD ayam goreng "normal" spicy
15.12.2021 = nice salted egg fried chicken, worth trying
30.04.3022 = cendol waffle quite nice, unfortunately the portion of cendol is too small, if I can top up by getting the cendol from PJ Seksyen 17
