β β β β β Staff were DISHONEST and UNFRIENDLY.
Went there to check out this new pharmacy and claim Shopee voucher.
But felt unwelcomed. Both staff even colluded, LIED to us that AA pos system cannot scan products with the same price in multiple transactions, thus, cannot redeem vouchers, unless we buy MORE stuff, spend MORE money.
We don't believe them.
Went to Kelana Jaya branch next day. Staff there was nice and help us with all our needs.
What a shame that Bandar Puteri AA staff needed to lie to customer's face to get sales! Such a BAD business conduct. Not recommended at all.

β β β β β My wife had an unpleasant experience trying to purchase 5 boxes (within stipulated limit) of the covid test kit. Was told by 2 of the staff that only members can buy, citing management's orders because our details were required by KKM. My wife was not keen to sign up as a member. So we offered to fill our details in the log book for purchasing controlled medicine instead but was turned down. Sadly we had to return the test kits to the shelves and proceed to a nearby pharmacy. Needless to say we got our test kits without any such membership prerequisits or purchaser details required by KKM.
I hope AA Pharmacy management can clarify this soon. For the time being, savvy consumers please take note ?.

β β β β β I love their service all the time. This is relatively new outlet in Puchong but their customer service is top notch. I order my medicines and toiletries through their online WhatsApp and so easy peasy. Thanks to the friendly staffs for their great service.
