★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff GIRL WITH BLUE HAIR is very rude and lazy. She ignore us and chit chatting with her friend when we want to order. After we order, she keep on scolding bad words very loud in front of us and other costumer, scolding customer and scolding the shop too. I think the shop should not hire this kind of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service by the crew due to massive order, at least need to wait 30 mins onwards…only this bandar puteri branch slow due to lack of staff, only 3 staff working…other branch was ok..I hope the management see this post and improve in future..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are rude and busy chatting/messing around on their own and completely ignore customers who wants to order. Tried to ask for recommendations but the staffs isn't too helpful or willing to answer. The place is dirty and tables are not wiped/cleaned. Rubbish and flies everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ plastic bag holding the packed drink easily tears off, hence, the drink felt down the floor easily and caused a mess due to the spilled drink. Luckily, they manage to replace a new drink which we ordered without charge. Presentation wise, its modern overall looking+huge drink size (slightly bigger than the regular bubble tea cup size). In terms of pricing, its kinda steep to pay RM20++ for a tea.....can get at least 2 or more for that kind of cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop looks pretty and the ambience is relaxing. Drinks are nice & refreshing, supreme tea aroma but a bit pricey though. Service is slow, waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks.
