โ โ โ โ โ Awful service. As you are talking to one staff, she disappears and the only staff are behind the counter. And then you get told off to Q-up! The pharmacist was snapping his fingers calling the next customer in line. Not to mention their arrogance.

If code cant find, do not know how to tell customer but let customer wait there?
Donโt you have courtesy to ask customer if they want to purchase one box if you find the quantity is for a box?
Donโt you ever tell the things is messed up because of other customers. Two workers there standing and playing phone, talking about food? What are they suppose to do?

โ โ โ โ โ Very well stocked and complete pharmacy. They have a frequent customer sign up which qualifies the customer to earn points which are redeemable for discounts towards purchases. Pricing here is very competitive especially for prescription drugs.

โ โ โ โ โ I have a bad experience in this pharmacy. Is there a policy in your pharmacy, that goods sold are not returnable at all? My mom bought 2 pack of Pentasure milk for my father. Unfortunately my father passed away the next day. My mom tried to exchange it for other things. But the staff were very rude and refused to entertain. Saying goods sold not returnable at all !!! I would advise to all the customer to be strictly aware of this. I for sure will not come to this pharmacy again. And mind you it's not cheap. ???. I'm really very angry and felt cheated ???.

โ โ โ โ โ I been regular customer to AA subang.. unfortunately today is the end of it... incident happen I try to take a product on shelve and is stated 56.80 for the lotion but when I reach to counter is RM61.20. I did ask the staff the price stated is different and they confirm is there is different..
Then start an argument when 1 staff come to tell me and asked if the price now is 100 stated there are you still paying?? This is ridiculous how he answer me..
