★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not friendly at all, no ethics. They just want to make money. Had to wait more than 30mins even tho I made an appointment. They rush to do everything. Its a mess. My hair also a mess and the cut is uneven. Only 1 experienced staff the rest all newbie. The only star they deserve is their products smell nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls, if you love your hair don't go here. Please save your penny and go find other hair saloon that you know can do your hair better. The staff i can see not that professional or have a good skill in hair stylists. Then, i booked my appointment at 3pm i need to wait for almost 2 hours for them to assist me then what the whole function for pay the full payment booking if i still need to wait. Second, i need to set another appointment because there was no enough time to do treatment. Third, my scalp also become sensitive and irritated as they claimed my scalp to be sensitive but right after i do my hair colour there. So girls, just save your money. I pay RM 300 for RN 40 service so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the service is just “Indah khabar dari rupa”. I make appointment and arrive at time. Unfortunately I have to wait about 30 minutes due to there is customer inside still yet not finish. When they call for my turn, the hairstylist just mentioned to me if I want hair cut I have to pay extra RM45/-… which is the the haircut in the package she told me it’s just trim the hair. Let me make summaries… the hairstylist didn’t show her professional technique in cutting my hair, I am not happy at all with the results. No ethical dealing with the customer, asking customer to check myself is it the hair is same level or not because she cannot see clearly! For all, NOT RECOMMENDED. I have to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really a Muslimah Friendly place. Just be sure u understand what u want and then confirm and reconfirm again the package with the consultant to get ur money's worth. I went to get new hairstyle & the hairstylist is very helpful. Can't simply post photo here, i signed the confidentiality clause on the registration form. 2022- the price will change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I book an appointment for 10am. With full payment. My facial starts at 11.45am. Other than that i just wait, wait and get old by waiting there. Supposedly when I booked an appointment, it means I have things to do. And that's the only time that I wanted to book. So, it sucks. The space itself is pretty.
