★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this store on shopee and asked them if I'm allowed to buy at their physical store (warehouse) instead because it is near to my house area.
They gladly answer and when I reached there, they treat me nicely even though they were busy packaging orders.
This was before their official shop open.
Now, I can't wait to visit their new beautiful shop ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dusty store? cannot view dog food displays properly, quite messy.
Another thing is the dog food that I asked for left last bag and it is near expired (Dec 2021), but he said most dog food only 8 months expiry, that is not true, as I went other pet store nearby I found expiry June 2022.
If you like to shop pet items & expecting quality I think this is not the right place for you.

I will not buy from this seller again for good.
Lesson learnt. I am sure seller doesn't mind losing one customer, once a while, what's wrong victimising one or two customers? Blame it on my own bad luck trusting liars.
