β β β β β I have been sending my furkids to Impero since they first opened in 2018. Itβs always a pleasant experience as the staffs/groomers are very responsible & gentle towards them.
Once, they noticed rashes on my dogβs skin & they applied cream for him. And my other dog is quite active & couldnβt stay still, but they manage to handle him very well. Plus, they keep me updated whenever I send them for grooming/boarding.
Highly recommended as both my dogs are always being well taken care of here. Love their service & professionalism!

β β β β β I walked past the shop and saw the puppies on display im the windows, there's no water or any food. I do not know how often they feed the puppies but one of the puppies i can see her rib cage, she's skin and bones!
Shame on you for not treating the puppies well!
