★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom booked a month ago, he was suppose to come today at 8.30am and he didn’t turn up. When called he said he’ll arrive by 9am. HE NEVER TURNED UP.
My mom called SEVERAL times and no reply from him.
We had to engage another lorry at the last minute.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! So unprofessional and unreliable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally OK with the service. However I am not so happy with the price changed and requested for an extra RM50 upon arrived with the reason that loading area is far from lorry. We only moved a few items(which only need short distance from unit to lift - less than 10mins then 1.5 rounds of walk from lift to lorry with trolley - also less than 10mins) and the whole process took less than half an hour. Another note, the lorry arrived about 30minutes late. Items were seen falling off from trolley while transferring to lorry maybe some moving skills on how to arrange items with trolley need to improve here.
