โ โ โ โ โ Went there a few times and was serviced by a Malay guy, heโs a very friendly guy. However thereโs once, a Chinese lady, humiliated me infront while Iโm still there, through a phone call when she talked to her colleague about my โLacking Of Knowledgeโ about shipping sensitive item like IC to overseas. TBH I donโt know much about that, and I admitted that I wrapped my items already when I arrived there, so she asked me to take off all the packaging with unfriendly reply, I told her actually Iโm shipping IC to a relative. Respected her seriousness at work and following SOP but not the service attitude...
I will really appreciate if she can tell me in a nicer way.
She told me cannot ship the item, and eventually my nephew has successfully shipped the โsensitive itemโ using another DHL branchโs service.
So IC can be shipped or not? Such double standard?
